This cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed (plus one hide a bed), one bathroom, full kitchen, dinning area and gas BBQ. You’ll agree that this space is wonderfully decorated and furnished. Discounts only apply to equal or lesser value of full price night. **Cancellation for up to 1 unit: You may cancel at no charge anytime up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days to 7 days of your arrival you will be charged the base rate and tax for 50% of your reservation. If you make the reservation within the 30 day you will have 24 hours to cancel at no charge, then you would be charged 50% if you cancel. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival you will be charged full base amount plus tax. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or cancellations within 7 days of arrival date. Cancellation for 2 or more units : If you cancel 60 days to 30 days before arrival you will be charged 50% of the base amount plus tax of your full reservation. If you cancel within the 30 days you will be charged for the base amount plus tax for all nights of your stay. If you paid for extra people or pet that is refundable. If you make a reservation within 60 days but over 30 days to your arrival you have 24 hours to cancel after receiving your confirmation. If you are within 30 days you will be charged the base amount plus tax if you cancel after the confirmation email. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. |
